INTRO
OBJECTIVE
Create an easy platform to get the tickets from the festival
DESIGN THINKING
Emphatize
First I did a study about the competitors, their good and bad practices to help me apply it to the web. The sites I selected were Madcool, Primavera Sound, BBK and Tomorrowland. This are some conclusions I got:
Define
To try to figure out some problems I did in-depth interviews and construct the user persona from there.
Brainstorming
Taking into account the good and bad practices of our benchmark and the frustrations of the user persona we show different solutions in the brainstorming.
We will implement the most viable ideas in the following steps.
The language selector is something that could be easily done but it can be included once the whole website is planned.
Requesting a space to put a booth can appear in contact but it does not have as much priority as other issues, it can be solved with a differential email for each contact reason.
Having a way to organize your festival planning is very useful but maybe more viable in case of being an app, there are other important contents to show on the web.
Content Tree
The menu is composed of 7 sections, the user and the basket will be displayed as an icon. The FAQ and previous editions will appear in the footer, although there will also be a module dedicated to the latter in the Home.
Wireframes & usability test
Through the usability test we will obtain qualitative data about the designed wireframes. Here I will collect the results of the tests performed to 4 individual users to generate a climate of trust.
The level of criticality is based on the experience that the user has had when advancing in some sections.
So they will be categorized according to their criticality, high, medium and low.
