"Redesign the following website"
This was one of the projects I worked on in the master of UX/UI. It was a very complex website because it has a lot of categories and a good structure is a must.

Online VS Traditional shopping
Covid had an incredible impact on the way we consume, we are spending more and more time shopping online and in the future physical stores will play another role.
Webs Analysis
We analyzed the best practices of other websites in the same sector, in order to acquire inspiration and ideas for our future website.
User Interviews
We selected 5 users with different profiles and different handling of technology. From people who use online shopping on a daily basis to others who only use it occasionally, looking for things in common and aspects that they believe can be improved on the web.

User Persona
Empathy Map
Analyzing the user helps us to have in mind an added value that differentiates us from the competitors.
List of Contents
Reviewing all the work and research done we show a small brainstorming with the main ideas that should be reflected in the new design.
The simplest way to simplify the categorization is to show at the entrance of the page the option of Individual or Company. Since we have detected that there are several products that are not of interest to an individual (labelers, cash register, counterfeit detector, etc) and therefore can disappear from the product menu.
Once inside the Home we will have different improvements in terms of content, ways to add the product to the cart, an option to add to the wishlist, etc.
